Holland State Park, Holland, MI

While visiting family in Zeeland, MI, we spent an evening at Holland State Park.  Saw "Big Red" the local lighthouse, and saw a lot of sailboats; there was a boat race out on Lake Michigan that evening.  It was a lovely night to sit on the beach and watch the boats go through the channel on the way out to Lake Michigan.

Growing up in Indiana, you would think that I have visited here many times, but I think that I was only here one time before.  It was a beautiful day to be on the shores of Lake Michigan. Water, beaches and dunes to climb.
