Enchanted Highway, Regent, ND

This was a really cool drive.  The Enchanted Highway runs from Interstate 94 in North Dakota to a small town called Regent.  The Enchanted Highway consists of 7 larger than life metal sculptures.  The idea behind these sculptures was to get people to visit the town of Regent.  After the interstate was built, the town was bypassed.  And you know what, it worked; we were one of several vehicles driving the 32 miles to see these amazing sculptures. Our favorites were the Grasshoppers and the Pheasant family.  Another cool part was when we arrived at the town or Regent, it was about 6:30 at night and they just happened to be having a cookout, so we joined them and had some delicious brats and all the fixings.  A great end to a fun day.
